Vickie attended The School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and graduated from Paier College of Art in New Haven CT.
She applied her skills as both a graphic artist and leader in various graphic design and creative director roles. In these capacities she enabled organizations to clarify and express their corporate identity in ways that motivated customers to work with them and attract employees to join them. Her roles were involved in a variety of industries including finance, publishing, trade show events and manufacturing.
Vickie’s true passion is creating art from life through painting and drawing. Her paintings include plein air as well as commissioned paintings of individual’s homes. Her artistic skills have helped her create personalized cartoons, caricatures and posters that capture people’s most precious memories, favorite moments, and proudest accomplishments. Countless numbers of people have been forever touched by her unique and highly personal caricatures. Her artistic talent, uncanny sense of humor and devotion to bringing joy to people’s lives makes her a unique and special artist and person.
